Our Director Mr. Salman Sheikh brings to the board 15 years of real estate experience. Well verse with the market trends of real estate, his key to success and growth is his hardworking and practical approach. His niche carved in the industry allows him to win across clients and suppliers when procuring or letting contracts, site acquisitions, and ensuring the smooth running of projects.

With a legacy of 15 years in the industry, Mr. Vivek Dixit looks after project implementation and execution. An automobile engineer by qualification, Mr. Dixit followed his passion in real estate with Gammon India Ltd, and then moved onto Essar Group, Electro Steel, and Indus Coloniser Pvt. India Ltd and completed various residential projects and land executions as executive director.  He has an incredible foresight, determination and an eye for meticulous planning that has yielded us satisfaction of our customers throughout our projects. His positive, enchanted personality and outstanding customer service exemplifies the total service provided by our group.

Specialized in accounting, auditing and taxation, Mr. Rajesh Sanghvi runs the audit for our company. Academically a CA, he has done Managment Accountancy from ICAI with rank. He has also completed various courses in Forex & Risk management from World Trade Centre. He has 28 years of experience in direct and indirect taxation & General Law. Over the years he has acquired expertise in construction and related allied laws and specializes in structuring property related arrangements,  documenations and related laws. 

All our agreements, deeds, cost estimates, annual reports, etc. are examined duly and thoroughly approved and aligned with him, thus leveraging his expertise to provide our clients with dependable and ethical service. 

Responsible for all site implementation managerial duties, Mr. Rakesh Shah’s experience in the industry goes back to 12 years where he has handled major project support across sites like the Vakola SRA project & Goregaon Redevelopment project. He has a proven ability to develop effective relationships with clients, architects and other contractors involved throughout the project cycle. Mr. Rakesh Shah’s high attention to detail and organization skills, along with his understanding of current work health and safety standards are utilized both in our office operations and on construction sites.
